The iFit software is a well-designed feature that helps you track your progress and plan changes in your training depending on your performance. This sort of feature can only help you reach and maintain your fitness goals.

As with all reviews the comments of the reviewers are subjective and down to the preferences of each individual. Some felt the 585V Perspective's deck was too bouncy and didn't like the feel of it, whilst others loved the softness and thought it was great for their knees and felt they could run for longer.

Aside from the gadgets the extensive choice of programmes and the iFit software are great selling points and would help anyone meet their fitness goals. On the whole we loved it!
